A distinct angled surface on the plate ingeniously guides oils towards a central reservoir, facilitating their subsequent passage to the internal fat collector, a feature integrated into all Pira charcoal ovens. This inventive design facet effectively curbs the development of unwanted odors and excessive smoke, commonly produced by the combustion of fats and flames while preparing oil-rich items like bacon, duck magret, and sausages.
