Using a combination of heat and steam, the Roundup ES-1200 egg station from Antunes makes moist eggs and retherms pre-cooked ham, bacon, or sausage. In the cover, the trough holds water poured in by the operator, and when the cover is closed, the water drips down onto the grill surface.


As water hits this hot plate, steam forms, and the cover holds steam and heat around the product.
